The 100GBASE-SR4 QSFP28 transceiver delivers 100 Gbps over multimode fiber (MMF) through an MPO interface, up to 100 m. It is hot-pluggable, QSFP28 MSA-compliant, and supports DDM digital diagnostics.

Typical deployments

100G QSFP28 is the standard spine-leaf fabric speed: leaf uplinks, storage fabrics and metro 100G transport. SR4 uses MPO multimode to 100 m; LR1, ER4 and ZR4 cover 10–80 km over single-mode LC for campus and metro spans.
