Compliance documents depend on the product family and the destination market. We provide the documents that apply to your exact part number and order — and we tell you when a document is not available.
What we can provide
Ask for the document set that matches your part number. Availability depends on the model and the current order.
- Product datasheet for the family or exact model
- Optical test report for the quoted model, where available
- RoHS / CE declarations where applicable to the product and destination
- Packing list, proforma invoice and warranty terms
What we do not claim
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. Fibertrixa supplies compatible modules, not OEM-original products unless the quote explicitly says so. If a document is not available for a model, we will tell you before you order.
How to request documents
Email [email protected] with the part number, quantity and destination country. We will send the applicable documents or confirm what is unavailable, typically within one business day.
How to check a certificate
Check the certificate number, scope, issuing body and validity date. Ask for the original PDF, not a screenshot. If you need to verify a declaration, contact us and we will provide the current version.
